Deep sea fishing – Zanzibar

Early morning you board a deep-sea-fishing charter boat and go on a fishing trip out in the Indian Ocean. Fishing in Zanzibar’s deep turquoise blue waters with perfect blue skies above you and waves lapping against the prow of the boat – this is pure delight for the fisherman’s heart. Especially knowing that these waters contain (giant) fish species such as black and blue marlin, acrobatic sailfish, dorado, yellow fin tuna, wahoo, barracuda, kingfish, and many others! The deep-sea-fishing charter boats are fully rigged and ready to take you out for a fishing experience you will never forget. To lure the fish into biting a combination of lures, naturally dead baits and live baits are used. The local captain knows the area well and will provide you with professional anglers. Good to know: August to October is the peak season for tuna, and November to March for marlin and sailfish.
