We came hoping to see animals and particularly the big 5 and top 10 and we were not disappointed ticking off the list except seeing the elusive Cheetah. To see one leopard is a rare occasion but to see two was magical and the number of male and female lions was such a surprise. A huge part of what made the experience so seamless was the team who organized every detail. From the day we met Happiness in Arusha we were made to feel welcome but also the team was in control. They weren’t just booking logistics they were curating a journey. Airport pickups were perfectly timed, check-ins were effortless, and every day’s schedule struck the rare balance between structure, breathing room and flexibility. Even before we arrived, their communication was clear and reassuring, and once we were on the ground, they anticipated all our needs by keeping water and drinks at the ready to adjusting plans around weather and wildlife patterns so we never felt rushed or disappointed.
