Our representative will meet you at the Airport. We set out for Tarangire National Park on a good tarmac road across gently rolling Maasai plains with scattered acacia trees. As we zip along, we pass many Maasai in their colorful dress walking on the roadside, riding bicycles, herding cattle and driving donkey’s carts. Tarangire National Park, well known for its large elephant herds, is also host to a multitude of other creatures. From the open roof of our state-of-the-art safari jeep, we experience the seasonal swamps, savanna and life-giving Tarangire River, endeavoring to encounter a multitude of creatures, from zebra to wildebeest, buffalo, elephant, and giraffe, to name a few. It is possible we will glimpse lion stalking prey or leopards watching, relaxing in the trees above. After our extensive game drive experiencing the varied sights and sounds of the wilderness, we drive to Karatu for dinner overnight at Acacia Farm Lodge
This morning after breakfast, we depart with picnic lunch boxes from Karatu to Serengeti National Park for a full day of game viewing drives on the vast Serengeti plains. The Rolling plains and grasslands, stretching far into the horizons as far as the eye can see is home to the black-manned lion, the savannah elephant, the Cape buffalo, wildebeests, the elusive leopard, cheetah, the spotted & stripped hyena, the rhino, topi, burchelle’s zebra, the Maasai giraffe among many others. Serengeti National Park is one that can never disappoint. One is spoilt by the variety of bird and wildlife species in this game reserve with game-viewing drives. Enjoy dinner and overnight at Baobab Camp – Central Serengeti.
After an early breakfast at the Lodge, depart for game Drive at Serengeti National Park with packed Lunches. After Lunch you will drive to Ngorongoro Conservation area, to arrive at Embalakai Camp for Dinner and overnight.
After breakfast, depart and drive into the Ngorongoro crater for Game Drive. The Ngorongoro crater has a diameter of about 20 kilometers and a 600-meter-high crater wall. The Ngorongoro Crater is the largest intact crater in the world. The crater life estimated 30,000 larger mammals. In the center of the Crater is a Salt Lake. This is one of the most densely populated wildlife areas in the world. It is a unique area where animals and humans as the authentic Maasai and Hadza live together. From the edge of the crater, you look out over the impressive Crater and its wonderful inhabitants. Picnic lunches will be served in the heart of this ancient volcanic Crater close to the Hippo pool. Later you will ascend from the Crater and drive to Arusha and later be dropped at Kilimanjaro Airport.
